• Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
• Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-refundable.

2. Include your order number, reason for the return, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos if the item is damaged).
3. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to ship the item.
Note: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Items that have not been approved before shipping back to Cotton Candy Glam will not receive a refund. Customer will have to pay to have the item shipped back to them.
3. Refund Policy
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing and handling costs.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For example, if you paid $100 for a product and $10 for shipping, the refund will be $90 ($100 - 10% restock fee) excluding the $10 shipping cost.
4. No Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time. Customers who wish to receive a different item must place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@CottonCandyGlam.com. We will review your case and determine the appropriate resolution.
